$25 set-up and $5 per person.

Evening Party Rental

4:00 pm to 11:00 pm
$50 set-up charge and $10 per person.

Available Monday through Friday for card parties, meetings, birthdays, or other social gatherings.

These rates will include all facilities including the kitchen.

Private weekend-packages are also available by inquiry only.

Special arrangements are also available for schools and non-profit organizations.

Note: The Portsmouth Stone House is not a non-profit entity. All fees and rentals will go directly to the expense of running the facility. The Portsmouth Stone House will also be donating proceeds over and above the operation costs to other historical charities in our area. We truly appreciate your help.
